028. Paryż Steampunk Kontratakuje cz II / Steampunk Paris Strikes Back part II

Stacja metra Arts et Métiers jest jedną z najpiękniejszych jakie widziałam w Paryżu. Jej projekt stworzył François Schuiten. Wygląd stacji to połączenie klimatu steampunk i tego jak możemy sobie wyobrazić wnętrze Nautilusa :) 

 

 

Żeby trafić na akurat ten przystanek, musimy iść na perony linii 11, steampunk nie króluje pod linią 3, bo ta też jest obsługiwana przez Arts et Métiers. Pod sufitem wiszą wielkie turbiny, w ścianach znajdują się bulaje, a same ściany pokryte są blachami w kolorze miedzi, które połączone są dużymi nitami. Warto było się tu wybrać, żeby zrobić kilka zdjęć.

 

Na tym kończę moją Paryską opowieść. Pamiętajcie, że od jutra głosowanie w konkursie 'Szmatka Łatka' - przy odrobinie szczęścia i waszym wsparciu, może pójdzie nienajgorzej i mój wytwór zostanie doceniony :) Następny post będzie już o szyciu obiecuje!

Arts et Métiers metro station is one of the most beautiful ones I've ever seen  in Paris. It was designed by François Schuiten. The look of the station is a mix of steampunk climate and our imaginary vision of the Nautilus :) 

 

 

To get to this very stop, you have to go to line nr 11. Althoug the Arts et Métiers station is also for line 3, you will not see any steampunk there. So just check the platforms for line 11. There are giant turbines under the ceiling, walls are covered in metal plates, they've also got portholes. The prevailing colour is copper of course. It was worth checking the station, just to take some pictures of this place!
